TRANSPALET STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS

The assembled part is meshed in default settings.
Resolution: 2
transition: slow
Span angle center: fine
smoothing
When we look at Mesh Metric in these settings, the average values we get are;
Element Quality = 0.68 (Must be greater than 0.80)
Aspect Ratio: 3 (must be between 1 and 2)
Skewness: 0.43 (must be less than 0.40)
Note: The mesh quality values taken from the default mesh above will converge to the values written in parentheses by improving the mesh.
A force of 3000 N is given from the fork arms in the -z direction.

A displacement of 20 mm in the +z direction is given with the joint displacement.
Stress values are found by adding equivalent (von-Mises) to the result part.
The greatest stress (1723 MPa) occurs in this part of the pallet truck.
Note: While the 3D CAD drawing of the pallet truck was being made, no technical drawing was taken as reference and it was drawn completely randomly. In this way, disproportionate voltage values arise for this reason. According to the results of the analysis, improvements will be made here in the future and the stress values will be tried to be reduced.
